Grid Stokkie currently delivers nationwide within South Africa. International shipping, including Namibia, may be introduced in future.
We use reputable South African courier companies selected according to the delivery destination to ensure reliable delivery.
Orders of R1,500 or more qualify for free shipping where applicable. For orders below R1,500, shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the delivery address.
Orders are processed once full payment has been successfully received. Processing times may vary depending on stock availability or whether an item is manufactured to order.
Estimated delivery is approximately 10–14 business days from confirmation of payment. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
While we will do our best to keep customers informed, Grid Stokkie cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather, public holidays, strikes or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Grid Stokkie is not responsible for delays or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs where applicable so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
When international shipping becomes available, shipping costs will vary by destination. Customers will be responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes and customs clearance requirements.
