Grid Stokkie sells premium stainless steel braai accessories. Product availability is subject to stock levels and manufacturing requirements. Grid Stokkie reserves the right to add, discontinue or modify products and specifications without prior notice.
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice. Grid Stokkie reserves the right to correct pricing errors before fulfilling an order.
Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received and an order confirmation has been issued. Grid Stokkie reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to payment failures, suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock shortages, courier restrictions or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Products are generally kept in stock, although certain items may occasionally be manufactured to order. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, customers may choose to wait for new stock, select an alternative product or receive a full refund.
Payment is processed immediately at checkout. Accepted payment methods include Credit Card, Debit Card, Instant EFT and other secure payment methods available through the payment gateway.
Grid Stokkie delivers throughout South Africa using reputable courier companies. Shipping is free on qualifying orders over R1,500. Delivery estimates are approximately 10–14 business days from payment confirmation and are not guaranteed.
Grid Stokkie currently ships only within South Africa. International shipping may become available in future. Customers will be responsible for applicable import duties, taxes and customs charges.
Returns, refunds and warranties are governed by the separate Returns & Refunds Policy and Warranty Policy, which form part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights afforded under South African law.
Products must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with the supplied Care & Safety Instructions. Misuse, modification or improper use is prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grid Stokkie shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from misuse of products, delays by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Grid Stokkie may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or unlawful activity.
All photographs, product designs, graphics, logos, text and other website content remain the intellectual property of Grid Stokkie and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.
Users agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or upload malicious software.
